- Act as the visionary leader across all company functions, ensuring coordination of activities.
- Plan and manage the company’s corporate development processes in line with the vision and strategic goals of the parent holding company.
- Oversee all company processes and systems to ensure alignment with quality standards and sustainability objectives.
- Review strategic procurement processes and develop systems to improve service quality for all stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Monitor market potential for both customer base and product offerings; grow market share in line with corporate goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to ensure long-term success in a competitive business environment.
- Focus on regional supply chain initiatives across Turkey to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Deputy General Manager of Sales & Marketing to strengthen the e-commerce channel; manage and optimize logistics and warehousing operations specifically for e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university program.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in corporate procurement, preferably in wholesale or retail companies (e.g., supermarket chains, cleaning supply or paper/tissue product manufacturers, supply chain firms).
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing, preferably in similar industries.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- A total of at least 20 years of professional experience.
- Residing in Istanbul.
- No restrictions on domestic travel.
