Evaluate and improve the capability and consistency of packaging lines adaptable for variety of packaging types
Perform Packaging optimisations at Beverage plant
Improve and develop packaging competencies through unit operation level via involving at competency development program designed by the global resources of Nestlé.
Initiate operational improvements, sharing in the network with other beverage factories
Identify opportunities for cost improvements
Involve in sustainability and energy reduction projects

Which profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's or master's degree and 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, packaging environment
Excellent command of English
Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data and use it to drive improvement
Prior experience in Packaging system improvements
Conversant in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
SAP knowledge
