Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Field Service Team LeaderKey responsibilitiesEnsures safe, timely, and efficient execution of all warehousing operations, including packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate ERP system dataChecks the quality of incoming goods, controls customs documents, and participates in regular inventory processesMaintains daily communication with suppliers, supports the team in daily operations, and ensures smooth coordination across departmentsAssists the sales support team in managing customer orders from entry to delivery, provides updates during repair processes, and collaborates with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfactionQualificationsAssociate degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in logisticsKnowledge of SAP and holding a valid forklift licenseStrong team player with the ability to handle daily operational tasksExcellent communication skills in both English and TurkishWe value people from different backgrounds.
