Join the world leader in advanced energy storage solutions and be part of the success story of VARTA®!At Clarios, we're powering today, into tomorrow.Your contribution:In a global company, you will collaborate with relevant operational units to improve quality processes, play a critical role in the IATF 16949 certification process, and elevate quality standards. You will effectively resolve quality issues and ensure the successful implementation of quality systems.What you will do:

Prepare and maintain control plan for components and complete products
Supervise effective use of SPC in production and evaluation of results
Perform Capability Studies and Process Audits
Perform Gage Studies (Gage R&R, Bias, Linearity and Stability) before gage is approved for production tests or after product change (when applicable)
Is responsible for the color / appearance approval process of affected parts
Ensure that customer and internally identified quality issues are resolved using the Clarios problem solving methods (8D Report, Problem Solving Document etc.)
Preparation of necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective actions
Assure that all Quality activities are performed according , IATF 16 949 -, ISO 9000 standards and specific customer requirements
Supervise implementation of Quality Systems (e.g. CAQ, etc.)
Develop and train plant personnel in application of methodologies and techniques
Balanced and controlled quality KPI's between manufacturing locations.
Make sure proper Data collection is done for monthly review in the QOS (Quality Operations System) meetings.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
At least 3 years' experience in the manufacturing environment, automotive is plus
Strong knowledge in the quality tools such as PFMEA, MSA, Control plans, SPC
Strong competencies in communication and presentation
Willing to take the lead to drive problem solving methodologies
Demonstrated organizational agility to work effectively across different cultures and regions
Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus
