- Assuming responsibility for channels of Category in terms of market share, category growth and channel financials
- Leading projects to further boost the potential of the HCB categories by planning promotions, preparing placement guidelines, leading launches & re-launches, crafting channel-based strategies in terms of sizing and pricing.
- Leading regular meetings with the respective stakeholders; Marketing, Sales, NRM, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing and Field teams to evaluate channel targets in terms of market share and financial results.
- Analyzing market data and new trends to further boost the category growth.
- Meeting clients' expectations for all category management related aspect.
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve channel targets.
- Being part of Regional & Global Projects
- BSc/BA in business administration or in a relevant field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in category management & sales or related areas in an FMCG company.
- Solid know-how on market research; Nielsen, and Ipsos.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
- Advanced user of MS office applications.
