- Report weekly and quarterly to the Regional President, General Manager, and global management team
- Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts from weekly to annual outlooks
- Coordinate regional technical requirements with appropriate global stakeholders
- Provide continuous field feedback to Product Management for solution alignment and innovation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct-to-merchant clients, including local retailers, CRM companies, and OEM manufacturers
- Develop and execute market strategies tailored to the Turkish payment systems landscape, in coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Oversee a nationwide network of over 300 sales and service partners
- Act as the key liaison with the Turkish Revenue Administration and ensure regulatory alignment for ECR operations
- Monitor and enhance product performance, user feedback, and operational KPIs for the ECR line
- Identify and develop growth opportunities and strategic partnerships within the cash register business segment
- Conduct regular partner and client visits to maintain relationships, assess market dynamics, and promote Verifone's solutions
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with regional offices of Visa, MasterCard, and leading banks
- Promote adoption of proven payment solutions by leveraging successful case studies from Eastern Europe and other emerging markets
- Ensure partners adhere to Verifone's Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) policies and standards
- Drive partner performance through consistent engagement, performance reviews, and strategic planning
- Provide market intelligence and trends to internal teams to inform product and partnership strategies
- Minimum 7 years of product sales experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales/Marketing Representative role.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of the payments industry and relevant products.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Skilled in conceptual and strategic sales techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and partner management experience.
- Experience in high-growth or emerging markets.
- Familiarity with payment systems compliance and local regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned territories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and remote access tools.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages based on regional needs are a plus
