- Execute on the overall Service Sales growth strategy across the sub-region.
- Be the first contact for customers in offering service contracts, solutions, & part selling.
- Analyze installed base for potential opportunities in the different geographies.
- Build a dynamic sizable funnel of opportunities suitable to set targets.
- Ensure proper forecasting of revenues on each cycle, i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Maintain good relationships with and access to key customer decision makers
- Drive focused product offerings and campaigns across direct & indirect markets
- Work closely with equipment commercial teams to win deals fitting customer and company needs
- Effectively forecasts budgets, opportunities, gaps, risks, and work on mitigation plans
- Previous experience in the Healthcare, Medical Device Equipment Industry & good experience in the Sales & service Sales fields
- Minimum 4 years of Service sales in similar markets and products
- Minimum 4 years of a mix management for Direct and indirect countries
- Demonstrated leadership in identifying growth opportunities and working hard to achieve targets.
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
