- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning OpenText Content Management and Digital Experience solutions to solve real business challenges.
- Collaborate with Strategic Alliance and Partner Managers to align technical strategy and value messaging.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives.
- Translate technical requirements into business outcomes through clear, impactful storytelling.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Global Services teams to shape solution roadmaps.
- Represent OpenText at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements.
- Located in the Montreal area and bilingual in French and English.
- Passion for learning and innovation with an analytical and creative mindset.
- 5+ years of presales experience leading customer-facing engagements, including presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Working knowledge of Content and Information Management platforms (e.g., OpenText, Microsoft 365) and Customer Communication Platforms (e.g. Exstream, Quadient, Smart Communications)
- Experience using and selling AI tools and applications.
- Familiarity with SAP and key business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with Global System Integrators (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture) is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time to engage customers in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
