- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience with performance marketing and PMax campaign management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in planning and measuring performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Experience across various digital advertising channels (including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and knowledge of the engaged landscape.
- Ability to grow in a fluid environment, and capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including C-level communication, lead cross-functional collaborations, and influence solutions to drive cross-channel campaign performance.
- Ability to develop narratives and presentations with excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.

- Develop and drive the strategy and growth of Performance Max campaigns, directly aligning with client business objectives and demonstrating their impact.
- Educate internal teams and external partners on Performance Max capabilities, best practices, and measurement.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their overarching business goals and develop tailored PMax frameworks to achieve performance and brand objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal Google teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure alignment and seamless campaign execution.
- Work closely with measurement and analytics teams to demonstrate the value and ROI of Performance Max campaigns for clients.
