  • The ability to develop, communicate and guide execution of the strategic direction for a brand, portfolio, region or therapeutic area, in alignment with company and portfolio goals and plans.
  • Leverages insights and knowledge to create a vision for the future and strategically position brand(s).
  • Focuses on both long-term sustainable growth &profitability and immediate or short-term opportunities.
  • Generates actionable insights and new opportunities through an understanding of the relevant markets, stakeholders & customers (HCPs), end-users/consumers, competitors, and the changing environment.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of how the products or services affect the customer experience or journey for each stakeholder.
  • Anticipates upcoming changes and identifies new trends.
  • Plans and conducts market, customer, and competitor research that answers key market questions and informs marketing strategies. Collaborates with marketing leadership to understand product strategy needs. Identifies data gaps and appropriate research designs.
  • Analyses and synthesizes information from a variety of sources, including primary and secondary research. Identifies and executes quantitative and qualitative analytical approaches and tools. Converts data into a story and provides clear, actionable recommendations. Communicates the results of complex analyses in a targeted, impactful way.
  • Develops unique, creative, and leading-edge strategies, marketing plans and methodologies that: anticipate customer and market trends, stay ahead of the competition, and improve ROI.
  • The ability to develop and implement communication platforms and marketing tactics that support the brand strategy, including the ability to quickly create, adapt, and communicate plans and tactics as market characteristics shift.
  • Measures marketing performance to target marketing efforts and clearly demonstrates contribution to corporate goals.
  • Measures and understands the impact of activities and programs. Identifies, measures, and evaluates key performance metrics. Appropriately challenges marketing and brand strategies based on assessment of metrics. Communicates performance outcomes and makes recommendations to refine plans
  • Effectively manages the budget
  • Submitting marketing plans for new and existing products led by the marketing department, implementing such plans.
  • Primary and secondary data management, insight generation and reporting these periodically (IMS, market research, CRM and CLM)
  • KOL engagement
  • Handling the issuance of promotional materials in compliance with publicity principles under cooperation with and subject to the approval of the medical & regulatory department.
  • Handling relationships with the advertising agency, reviewing campaign proposals.
  • Supervising congress organizations effectively.
  • Formulating and supervising publicity budgets for products.
  • Performs as a trusted team member to internal colleagues. Works closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Realizing field visits in partnership with Sales Managers, monitoring publicity and sales campaigns, acquiring recommendations from Sales Managers and Representatives, submitting them to the Marketing Director.
  • Cooperating for the trainings on the products.
  • Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
  • Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Either conduct this research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency.
  • Responsible for preparing product forecasts and constantly monitoring inventory levels to ensure supply timelines.
  • Execution of product presentations and trainings to HCPs
  • Executing compliance procedures in line with HCP engagement SOP
  • Following periodicals that would contribute to professional self-development, making proposals for attendance to various courses, seminars, conferences and other similar training events.
  • Archiving the samples of all printed materials under his/her supervision, offering them to other product managers so that they can utilize them.Making market analysis in case of business development

  • Preferably license degree in Pharmaceutics, Biology and Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish language
