You have your own specific job descriptions; you take high responsibility and empowerment to take initiative and also you are allowed to learn through your mistakes.
Build and implement a 360° external and internal communication strategy in line with the business strategy and Group Communication strategy
Create/develop, plan and execute internal and external corporate projects in 360°approach especially focusing on Sustainability and CSR
Support and advise the Country GM for Linked In on corporate communication topics
Plan, create content and manage digital and social media platforms, integrating digital to all PR activities
Manages PR relations and ePR with the agency and internal tools for digital. Be responsible of our communications tools internally and externally; social media channels, corporate web site, emailings...etc.
Help building a local influencers network
Lead Internal Communication to reinforce engagement. Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan
Cooperate and Support the PR Activities of L'Oréal Brands: maximizing the presence of brand activities internally and externally
Generates breakthrough content to engage internal &external stakeholders
Build an integrated campaigns to develop visibility and advocacy.
Manage multi-stakeholder approach/relations internally & externally.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

4 years' university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
For Senior Corporate Communication & Engagement Specialist min. 3 years of experience, for Senior Corporate Communication & Engagement Lead min. 5 years of experience in related job assignment
Excellence in writing PR Text, perfect written communication skills, experience in writing PR Text
Digital savvy
Team player; collaborative
Innovative, creative, ambitious and able to take initiative
