- Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions
- Manage leads, and streamline sales processes.
- Contacting cluster countries, finding improvement areas in the sales processes
- New graduate or 1-2 years experience.
- Having a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Advanced level in English and Excel.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and managing paperwork associated with sales transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with the sales team, and other departments within the company.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Excel, GoogleSlides and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for data entry and management.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details in processing orders, managing customer data, and generating reports.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations in a dynamic sales environment.
- Reliability and Dependability: Being responsible and reliable in handling tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
