- Plan and execute customer visits and sales activities to achieve annual sales targets and budget objectives,
- Conduct activities to increase the market awareness of products manufactured and/or sold by the company,
- Carry out the sales and marketing activities of Sika products, maintain knowledge of market shares in the region, and acquire new customers within the scope of the responsible department,
- Organize seminars in coordination with relevant departments to promote the products in regional provinces,
- Monitor collections from dealers and customers and provide periodic updates regarding payment status,
- Represent the company in the best possible way in all related public and private institutions within the region and conduct regular visits,
- Evaluate dealer and customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, provide information flow to relevant departments, and resolve complaints,
- Monitor potential customers/projects in the region, determine pricing in coordination with BDKM, and prepare quotations,
- Conduct market segmentation for the responsible region.
- Graduated from Civil Engineering or related undergraduate programs,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales,
- Experienced in product and project sales, and dealer management,
- Proficiency in English,
- No travel restrictions, holds a valid driver's license, and resides on the European side of Istanbul,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- A good team player.
