  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related engineering field,
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Hands-on experience in preparing presentations, tracking tasks, and generating reports,
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector,
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly focused on results.
Job Description:
  • Manage the CEO's schedule and support the prioritization of tasks and flow of information,
  • Attend key meetings and follow up on action items and strategic decisions,
  • Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights for high-level decision-making,
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-support documents for the CEO,
  • Ensure interdepartmental coordination and address bottlenecks in internal processes,
  • Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects aligned with company goals,
  • Track and report on trends in the Food & Beverage industry and share insights regularly,
  • Develop suggestions for process improvements to boost overall company efficiency,
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant departments to support field team development,
  • Coordinate with field teams across both domestic and international locations.
