Finance Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
• 2+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or banking,
• Familiar with daily banking operations, including payment instructions, fund transfers, and account management,
• Experienced in tracking bank transaction fees, handling refund processes, and managing bank relationships,
• Good understanding of guarantee letter processes, and can effectively compare terms, conduct negotiations, and aim for cost optimization,
• Skilled in cash flow tracking and reporting, and can anticipate potential disruptions by proactively monitoring inflows and outflows,
• Basic knowledge of derivative instruments and are comfortable managing the associated operational processes,
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally have experience with ERP systems such as Logo,
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and have strong documentation and reporting skills,
• Strong communicator and able to manage relationships with financial institutions,
• Curious about new technologies and open to using AI-supported tools in your workflow.

• Prepare and track daily payment and transfer instructions for banks,
• Ensure bank transaction fees are properly monitored and refunded where necessary,
• Collect offers and manage the issuance of guarantee letters, ensuring competitive terms,
• Handle daily cash flow operations, report on financial position, and support the optimization of cash management processes,
• Contribute to identifying short- and long-term funding needs,
• Support the execution and operational follow-up of derivative transactions,
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support decision-making,
• Ensure accurate and accessible documentation of all financial transactions,
• Communicate with banks and financial institutions to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
