- Implement Off Trade strategies across the Black Sea region in alignment with national sales priorities.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
- Increase distribution width and depth across retail and wholesale accounts.
- Drive merchandising and in-store promotional activities in cooperation with Trade Marketing.
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors and their respective teams.
- Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage distributor relationships, including stock levels, credit limits, and outlet coverage.
- Strengthen relationships with key retail partners to maximize availability and visibility.
- Support joint business planning with distributors and retailers.
- Provide structured feedback on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Deliver regional insights to inform national planning and S&OP processes.
- Track ROI on trade investments and adjust plans based on performance.
- Education: 4 Years’ University degree
- Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of commercial experience, in FMCG or beverage industry
- Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience in sales, field team leadership, or key account management roles.
- Professional Skills:
- Strong understanding of Offtrade channel dynamics and key commercial drivers
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing field sales teams and driving execution excellence
- Ability to translate commercial strategies into regional action plans with measurable outcomes
- Solid planning, organizational, and analytical skills to monitor and improve performance
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
