Creates production plans in line with sales forecasts, stock levels, production capacity, material availability, and operational constraints; analyzes process efficiency and implements necessary improvements. The main objective is to ensure that products are available at the right time, in the right place, and at optimal cost, while continuously improving planning processes to increase operational efficiency and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities

Monitor and guide the development of direct reports, enhance team motivation through job enrichment and support their growth
Evaluate stocks, production performance, production constraints, inventory targets, material and bulk availability, and sales forecasts on a weekly basis to prepare and monitor 25-week production plans (bottling and bulk)
Perform and follow up on material requirements planning on a weekly basis
Plan imported products in line with Diageo Türkiye’s warehouse, bonded warehouse, and in-transit stock levels and up-to-date sales forecasts
Define target inventory levels, carry out budget planning, follow-up, and reporting
Prepare the annual departmental budget, monitor it monthly, and perform variance analyses when necessary
Maintain, check, and update master data in the SAP system
Design new models and projects to improve planning processes and implement cost-reduction initiatives
Build effective collaboration with the factory and other relevant departments
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports regarding the actuals of production and import plans

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering fields, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Confirmed ability in Supply Planning and Demand Planning roles
Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
Experience in FMCG and in companies with production operations
Solid understanding of production planning processes
Excellent Excel and data visualization skills
Strong financial modeling and business partnering abilities
Proficiency in English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
