- Own the product vision and roadmap for Corporate Digital Channels (Yanımda & Red Konsol).
- Manage and evolve customer journeys for both Mobile and Fixed corporate users by collaborating with B2B teams, Sales, IT, Operations, Legal and other stakeholders.
- Continuously improve digital customer experience through UX enhancements, capability expansion, and funnel optimization to boost digital sales and self-service usage.
- Identify, prioritize and lead new digital revenue opportunities, stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes.
- Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges.
- Apply data management platforms (Audience manager, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively
- Formulate hypotheses for, construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys
- Understand and leverage digital channels and technologies (e.g. iOS, Android, HTML, AI, Cloud, ML etc.) that change the environment.
- Try new ideas, technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement.
- Define a robust MVP based on squad's priority and your understanding of user research and the high-reaching space
- Create a world class digital experience for digital customers on App & Web.
- Work agile in squads closely with Solution Designers, Frontend/Backend developers and UX/UI designers
- Own and coordinate app release process and provide release alignment with other squads
- BSc. degree in Engineering, Business administration or Economics
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership qualities
- Clear communicator
- Able to balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams
- Interested in crafting product requirements based on research and data
- Experienced in A/B testing and conversion optimization (Adobe Target)
- Knowledge on Mar-tech tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe AAM, Adobe Target, SEO)
- Good at data analysis and data driven decision making ability
- Care about continuous learning
- Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments
- Experienced in product management, digital technologies and innovations, user experience, analytics.
- Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills

- Hands-on experience with mobile apps, web platforms or omnichannel digital products
- Familiarity with B2B product management or managing platforms for corporate customers / core telecommunication products is nice to have
