Supports accurate and timely financial reporting by performing general accounting tasks, trial balance controls, maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, and conducting basic financial analysisControls & Compliance
Participates in internal control testing, ensures compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting, and maintains accurate documentation for audits and financial records
Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance
Conducts quality checks on financial data, monitors fluctuations, resolves discrepancies, and ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.Process Improvement & Collaboration
Actively contributes to internal projects aimed at improving accounting processes and tools, and ensures effective communication with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and satisfactionQualificationsAccounting Expertise: Solid knowledge of general accounting, Turkish GAAP and USGAAP, statutory Uniform Chart of Accounts, and financial statements (Balance Sheet & Income Statement). Experienced in inflation accounting and trial balance controlsAnalytical & Solution-Oriented: Skilled in data analysis, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and actively participating in problem-solving processesTech-Savvy & Adaptable: Proficient in SAP and CFIN, with a strong ability to stay updated on evolving technologies and legal regulations. Fluent in English & TurkishTeam Player : Able to take an active role in internal and external audits, working closely and collaboratively with auditorsWe value people from different backgrounds.
