Develop and implement retail projects aligned with the brand identity, in collaboration with VF Group Retail, IT teams, and third-party companies
Propose innovative ideas by following global and local retail practices and trends
Create project timelines and budgets while monitoring progress and expenses
Conduct regular field visits to understand the needs of the stores
Visit similar and different industries to stay up to date with retail trends
Monitor the impact of projects on customer engagement and sales

Who you areBachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree is a plus

Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
Strong written, verbal communication skills& interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English
Multi-task management
Problem-solving & decision making
