Your primary focus will be selling service solutions and products, expanding market share through new business development. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise is highly valued and your success is celebrated.How you will do itAs a Senior Spare Parts and Service Sales Engineer, you will identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities. You will specialize in selling technical services and spare parts for Sabroe and Frick brands. You’ll showcase your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls through in-depth market knowledge of competitors' strategies, products, and services. You will proactively build and nurture long-term customer relationships and will be highly motivated to drive territorial growth. Your ability to manage multiple priorities with determination and consistency is supported by excellent planning and time management skills.What we look forRequired

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling parts, maintenance & service contracts within the Industrial Refrigeration sector in Türkiye
Proven track record of sales performance in the Industrial Refrigeration market
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong customer orientation
High attention to quality and detail, with a self-driven and proactive personality
Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Fluency in English
Valid Type B driving license
Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred

Hands-on mechanical knowledge in HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration
An existing portfolio of clients within the HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration sectors
