Our client is a forward-thinking agrochemical company. We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager for their growing team in Turkiye.RequirementsJob Responsibilities
  • In line with targets of the company, coordinates the process of creating and realizing the local and etc. sales budget, determines significant deviations by following and provide taking necessary precaution by warning related persons. Carries out the process of timely realization of sales and collections
  • Manages the process of customer relationship, marketing and sales developments activities in line with the strategic plannings of the company and within the framework of legal regulations.
  • Managing supply chain processes and coordinating material and resource allocation
  • Controlling and following production master plans and schedules
  • Ensuring the coordination of activities focused on occupational health and safety, operation activities, quality policies and customer expectations and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with the upper management team to define operational and sales goals and drive their implementation
  • Reviewing operational financial information and adjusting both the operational budget and sales budget to ensure sustainable profitability
  • Collaborating closely with other departments, to align operational and sales strategies and objectives
  • Monitoring the performance of the Supply Chain, Production and Sales departments and implementing strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Monitoring operational and sales performance and establishing KPIs to measure success.
  • Being aware of all legal obligations that the company is subject to and ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with the laws, regulations and etc.
  • Executing other works that are given by the line manager. The other works should be connected and compatible with his/her job.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the agricultural chemical industry and in the field of commercial and operation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced level of English
  • To have knowledge of sales and operation process rules, laws, and regulations in the sector.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management practices, including inventory management, purchasing and distribution.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or quality control standards and procedures.
