- Analyzing client needs and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
- Sharing client feedback with relevant internal teams to improve overall service quality
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate, and collaborating with the sales team
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately recording client interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Tracking key customer success metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), renewal rate, and customer churn
