- Interpret and process orders using relevant tools and systems.
- Develop and implement processing plans for new programs or procedures.
- Monitor job accuracy and completeness; troubleshoot and apply necessary updates or enhancements.
- Communicate project status to team members, clients, and partners.
- Analyze client data and develop custom project code to meet specific requirements.
- Resolve complex technical issues; serve as a technical resource and provide training and support.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with new tools, and procedures.
- Provide feedback to improve product documentation and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a computing or technical environment
- Proficient in SQL, Unix, Oracle, and DB2, SAS, AWS or any cloud computing experience
