- Serve as the key contact for corporate customers, ensuring top-tier service and long-term satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders (HR, Admin, Procurement).
- Align solutions with customer goals to drive value, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively resolve issues and identify areas for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding, support, and service delivery.
- Manage contract renewals and lead price optimization discussions.
- Oversee invoice management and ensure timely, accurate billing processes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related area.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- 5-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, ideally working with corporate clients.
- A solid understanding of corporate customer dynamics and stakeholder engagement.
- A demonstrated history of successfully driving upsell, renewal, and long-term customer success.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
