- Propose annual sales plans: Create and propose annual sales strategy for the designated market segment based on analysis of marketing data from customers and competitors.
- Manage B2B Sales: Oversee B2B sales activities in Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into the current marketplace, including pricing, products, competition, and emerging trends. Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on the findings.
- Improve Procedures: Suggest enhancements to company procedures to optimize operations.
- Ensure Customer needs are met: Operate in accordance with the sales policies established by management, ensuring customer needs are met and supply chain issues are integrated.
- Develop Customer Retention Strategies: Create and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Sciences and/or Business
- Bring a few years of Sales & Marketing experience in B2B environment
- Are fluent in Turkish and English
- Are an experienced user of IT applications such as MS-Office and CRM tools
