- Registration of new jobs.
- Dispatching samples to the appropriate labs.
- Generating client reports using the test results provided by the labs.
- Providing client support via telephone and e-mail.
- Helping with the preparation of sales quotes in coordination with the sales department.
- Providing an environment for a sustainable client portfolio.
- Engaging in activities that increase customer satisfaction.
- Working alongside clients and the sales department in large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry or Textiles.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Advance knowledge of laboratory reporting.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Residency on the European side of Istanbul.
- No military obligation.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration.
- MBA degree.
- Residency on the European side of Istanbul.
- Highly developed (written and verbal) communication, and representation skills.
- Team player with a great sense of responsibility.
- High level of organization and planning skills.
- Customer and result-oriented, positive mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a busy schedule.
