Performs recruitment, selection and replacement system for DB Schenker Arkas, works in coordination with the managers for related issues and processes
Being the first contact point between the company and the subcontractors
Following on a daily basis legal matters about the leased staff in coordination with agencies
Controlling monthly payroll processes for the subcontractor/agency employees
Being responsible for all HR activities and employee relations for related accounts
Provides counsel, support, planning and problem solving to managers and employees on human resources issues
Delivers organizational effectiveness activities across the business to improve in-house performance
Performs all functions of Human Resources for employees of DB Schenker Arkas in an advisory capacity.
Reports and follows for all the result of work and transmits the results to related department
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields,
Minimum of 5 years of experience across all Human Resources functions (recruitment, performance management, subcontractor management, etc.),
Preferably experienced in HR operations within the Contract Logistics department,
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Advanced level of MS Office program usage,
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Resident in Istanbul Asia&Gebze
