Job Description: This role will level up your Transactional skils in our M&A Department. • Conducting and leading Due Diligence • Drafting and negotiating Transaction Agreements • Executive roles on Closing and Post Closing matters Desired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in law, LL.M. degree is preferred. • 5 years of proven experience on M&A transactions and Corporate Governance Projects • Dedicated and hypercritical due diligence skills • Understanding/ability to draft contracts and negotiate in both languages. (Turkish - English) • Having a significant contract law experience. • Good social and inter-personal skills including the ability to handle Firm's clients, teamworking with different responsibilities. • High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills. • Carrying an analytic and result-oriented approach. • Able to work with flexible hours. • Excellent command of English. • No military obligations for male candidates. • No travel restrictions.
