Join our flow.We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our Unit Sourcing Manager in developing and executing sourcing plans. This role is key to optimizing supplier relationships, delivering value in customer projects, and ensuring seamless subcontractor management.This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals. Identify local sourcing opportunities and negotiate frame contracts
Support the execution of global/area category plans
Act as a contract owner for selected suppliers
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to project needs
Conduct RFQs and finalize supplier contracts
Recommend and select optimal suppliers for project delivery
Analyze unit needs and identify local installation sourcing opportunities
Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships
Implement regional category strategies locally
Support sourcing projects and implement global category plans
Drive contract compliance and supplier utilization

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

Cost savings and accuracy of sourcing data
Supplier performance and delivery reliability
Contract coverage and quality
Compliance with sourcing policies and segmentation
Contribution to cost model optimization

Are you the one?

Minimum Bachelor's Degree
At least 3-5 years of work experience in procurement, preferably within multinational companies
A good command of English, both verbal and written, is a must
Experience in SAP usage
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong contract and stakeholder management
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
Eager to learn more and have the motivation to take responsibility
