Job Description:We are looking for a Technology Human Resources Business Partner for one of the leading companies in game industry. Experienced in Digital, Entertainment or Technology companies and partnering multiple business functions across technology platforms is a highly preferred asset. In this role, you will be responsible for: Understand the business objectives and requirements of the assigned and develop HR Business Plans with appropriate business leaders. Deliver against these plans, Support and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management activities, Provide agreed levels of HR service to the organization, e.g. end to end recruitment processes, development, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, change management plans, talent management, onboarding and offboarding activities including exit interviews, Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures, In charge of following new employees entrance in the Company informing them about Company values, culture and philosophy. Letting them be aware of processes, procedure and the Code of Conduct. This activity is done through orientation/induction Programs. Support and coaching of line managers for successful implementation of Company values, culture and philosophy, Work with Line Managers to lead and manage changes in business operations to exchange good practices and HR/business experience to develop manpower plans for the short, medium and long-term perspectives. Responsible for internal and external audit process, reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate, Taking an active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication, and employer branding processes, Working on compensation and benefits processes, determine new positions grades and wages, conducting benefit process of the employees, Managing the Payroll by ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and that pay slips, and reports are produced and validated in a timely manner; running the relationship with the government agencies related to the Labor Law and legislative issues and noticing the related legal matters accurately in due time, Managing & reporting the wage and bonus processes, Conducting and coordinating the salary adjustment and budget processes, Support and coaching of line managers for successful implementation of performance drivers and performance enablers, Creating and monitoring HR Analytics process studies and reports, To be able to succeed in this role we are looking for the following qualifications: University degree in relevant fields , Min. 5-7 years of experience in HR, technology business background is preferred, High communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels, Fluency in English both verbal and written communication, Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel, Good knowledge of Labor Law and Payroll is a must, Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity, strong drive to create a positive work environment, Agility, motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills, Customer focus, organizational effectiveness, result orientation, strategic orientation/initiative, analytical thinking, empathy, trusted advisor, business driver, insightful observer, committed partner, change leader
