- Responsible and accountable for increasing the market share of all divisions and the a/m Groups under responsibility over Mobile/Industrial market customers within territory
- Effective management of the key customer accounts on an unified, multi-Group basis in order to develop solutions for customer needs and to maximize sales and profits while defending current business
- Building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by directing the necessary Parker resources to meet customer needs and solutions on a global basis
- Technical consultancy and communication with customers in cooperation with Application Engineers
- Responsible for creating healthy and efficient pipeline in Mobile direct Market in territory
- Responsible for deploying Groups tactical pricing initiatives (list and net prices, discounts structure) and other trading terms in line with market requirements and within the boundaries set by and agreed with PH EMEA.
- Responsible for defining and deploying Groups & Divisions growth plans with sales Teams in line with the EMEA Group strategy
- Accountable for achieving sales and margins revenue targets for Groups/Divisions in direct Channel by managing the direct customers in relevant territory
- Identify the needs and request Groups/Divisions support when required
- Suggest strategic/tactical actions to boost Groups Growth into sales organisation
- Provide market intelligence feedback to the Territory Sales Leader related to market trends/needs, new products, pricing, competitors, developments…
- Responsible to set right sales quota for himself
- Identifies technology, growth trends, and forecasts in market segments and report regularly
- Responsible for collecting, analysing and evaluating data on products, costs and markets to support development and presentation of appropriate price and bid strategy
- Provide alignment with Distribution Team to reach SCCEE targets
- Provide aligment with other Departments like CS, Finance, Marketing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales management position
- Strong analytical skills, curious and able to work in a highly agile environment
- Knowledge of market and technology trends
- Strong customer orientation
- Knowledge of the Fluid Power products portfolio and its related value propositions
- Ability to manage transversal projects across the organisation (without hierarchical link)
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability and willingness to deploy virtual selling and to travel if appropriate
- Diplomat, reliable, credible and persuasive
- Dynamic, curious and proactive
- Ability to work in a complex environment (matrix organisation)
