Manpower Group Romania is looking for an Area Sales Manager for one of the most important manufactury player from Romanian market that operates in the construction and building materials industry, specifically in the thermal insulation and fire protection sector.

- Generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
- Exceed sales goals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track progress and ensure targets are met.
- Deliver sales presentations to a diverse range of clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers in your assigned territory.
- Identify and address local business opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up on leads, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales of insulated panels is a plus!
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field).
- In-depth knowledge of the Building Materials industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in building material sales.
- A results-driven mindset, resourceful, positive, and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills: You can negotiate, collaborate, and influence decisions.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - a must; Romanian is an added bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (must-have).
- Willingness to travel - a must.
- Driver's license (B category) - a must.
