Job TitleOrder Management SpecialistJob DescriptionJob title:Order Management SpecialistThe Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for recording and implementing sales orders diligently while upholding the required data quality standards to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision. The role assists the Team Lead in daily operations, managing KPIs to meet targets and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals, while supporting colleagues in following standard processes and SAP navigation. This role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, capturing team issues and driving solutions with relevant stakeholders. The role creates and monitors sales orders manually and through automated channels, addressing root causes of non-touchless flow issues and maintaining comprehensive reporting for decision-making.Your role:

An Order Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that a company’s supply chain, customer satisfaction, and revenue flow operate smoothly.

You’re the right fit if:1. Have min. 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent.2. Have below skills:

Continuous Improvement
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Troubleshooting
KPI Monitoring and Reporting
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

3. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations OR Vocational Education in Order Management or equivalent.4.
