- Develop pricing and promotion strategies and rate cards for Firefly's product.
- Oversee pricing and promotions processes to ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations) to drive key projects to completion.
- Lead the implementation of new products and initiatives, creating business plans that position Firefly for success.
- Conduct strategic market analysis, including competitive landscape evaluations, to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Provide actionable business intelligence and analytics to evaluate industry dynamics, initiative impact, and overall company performance for executive decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and present data from internal systems to various stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for the Sales and Executive teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales team efficiency and lead the adoption of scalable best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong interest in business principles and management, with an eagerness to learn pricing strategies and market dynamics.
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
