Maintain and update the preferred vendor database
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow with Business Partners
Support the implementation of procurement processes, policies, and technologies
Deliver high-quality, user-centric services across the Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) process
Apply lean and standardized Procure-to-Pay (P2P) practices
Resolve daily operational issues including ad hoc payment concerns
Monitor procurement KPIs and support service excellence
Assist in initiatives related to supplier due diligence, ethical compliance, and diversity
Track performance metrics and coordinate improvements with Business Partners

What We're Looking For:

3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, or currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD
Availability to work 3 days a week from the office for 1 year
Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, or myBuy is a strong plus
Strong analytical and communication skills, team player, eager to learn
