- Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering); MBA degree is advantage
- 5 + years of strategic industrial operation
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Business/market development track record working with different channels of distribution
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills

- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to customers, employee groups, management at all levels of the company and occasionally to the Board and outside organizations
