We are looking for a " Production Engineer (Cutting & Sewing) " with the following qualifications to be assigned to our new factory to be opened in Bergama.If you have,

Bachelor's degree in engineering departments (preferably Industrial Engineer) ,
Minimum 2 years of experience in production area of a manufacturing company preferably in automotive industry,
Practical knowledge of PFMEA ,Process Flows , and Operator Instruction Sheets,
Fluency in spoken and written English,
Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
Knowledge on Problem solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa, 5why etc.),
Dynamic, team player, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
Proactive and flexible mindset,
Having B Class Drivers license and being an active driver,
No restrictions to travel in and abroad,
No military obligation for male candidates,

You may be the Production Engineer we are looking for!The duties you will be responsible for when you joined our new factory to be opened in Bergama as a "Production Engineer (Cutting & Sewing)";

Lead the development of the sewing and cutting activity
Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard works methods and work instructions
Utilize resources effectively and efficiently to avoid bottle necks
Personnel supervision, planning and development for the area of responsibility
Reducing the overtime period
Minimizing the production costs and losses

Supporting work safety studies

Support monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of production KPIs and lead improvement projects
Participating in daily performance meetings to follow up daily production performance and initiate improvement projects
