- Building strong channel partner engagement and expanding network to increase our market and customer reach.
- End-to-end management of all relationships and processes with our dealers.
- Proactively providing solution with the best combination of products, services, logistics and support to customers. Maintaining contact with customers and organise technical and operational arrangements.
- Taking ownership in promoting and selling dormakaba products and services to achieve sales objectives
- Managing sales process including sales quotation, price negotiation, order process and AR collection.
- Delivering sales goals and growth line with the company strategic view via monthly and quarterly forecast
- Reporting daily activity and monitor customer databases through CRM software
- Possessing in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and objection handling.
- Following the regional and country sales strategies as well as apply innovative methods to meet individual and/or collective sales targets and ensure balanced product portfolio.
- Coordinating with other sales and supporting functions to ensure high quality service to customers, consistent offer and its execution according to standards.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the access control and speed gate systems industry, preferably with a focus on product/project-based sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocad with sufficient technical competency to support project documentation and planning processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and strong team collaboration.
- Solid understanding of the market landscape and key competitors.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with an entrepreneurial and results-focused approach.
- Commitment to integrating sustainability principles into project planning and execution.
- Ability to manage timelines for various order types, meet deadlines, and proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to visit customers, dealers, and project sites.
