We are looking for an "Back-Office Support Specialist " for our global business partner in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector.Confirm customer PO received against quotation using a standard verification checklist before converting to sales orders.Check against customer credit limits and inform the finance department accordingly.Monitor customer's open orders, including backlogs, credit holds, and down payments.Process orders accurately and in a timely manner using CRM and ERP systems.Generate inventory pick lists for sales from stock and maintain them in common folders.Coordinate with the Operations team to review order backlogs and ensure incoming stock meets customer delivery requests.Ensure all order deliveries are on time and immediately notify customers of any factory delays.Request the Logistics executive to expedite delayed orders after numerous unsuccessful follow-ups.Acknowledge all customer POs within 48 hours.Manage office maintenance and arrange for refreshments/pantry replenishment.Coordinate logistics, transportation, hotel, and F&B for company branch activities.Manage long-term contracts for office space and car leases.niteliklerDegree in Business or a commercial discipline, or equivalent experience.Strong background in ERP systems.Awareness of continuous improvement tools and methods.A positive, self-managing, and highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with an efficient, flexible, and proactive nature.Skills in networking and relationship building.Experience in teamwork and collaboration.Strong planning and organization skills.Proven experience and understanding of navigating internal processes, business systems, and CRM use.Demonstrated analytical thinking, business insight, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrable experience working in-depth with a customer across multiple functions and levels.
