Meslek Lisesi veya Meslek Yüksekokulların;

Makine
Torna-Tesviye
Mekatronik
Metal İşleri
CNC / Bilgisayarlı CNC
Lojistik bölümlerinden mezun olmak.

Üretim bölümü için;

Tercihen makine operatörü (torna, freze, montaj, hidrolik test) tecrübesine sahip olmak
Tercihen boyahane operatörü tecrübesine sahip olmak
Tercihen ısıl işlem operatörü tecrübesine sahip olmak

Lojistik bölümü için;

Tercihen lojistik operatörü tecrübesine sahip olmak
Tercihen forklift belgesine sahip olmak
