Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Reservation Supervisor to join our hotel's reservation department - someone who prioritizes guest satisfaction, has strong communication skills, and a disciplined, detail-oriented work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the reservations departmentProcess incoming reservation requests in a timely and organized mannerMonitor online travel agencies (OTAs) and manage rate distributionsCollaborate with the sales department to contribute to occupancy and revenue goalsGuide, train, and evaluate the performance of the reservations teamActively use reservation systems (such as Opera)Support management through reporting and analysisEffectively utilize systems and portals used in the reservation processQualificationsQualifications:Graduated from Vocational Schools or Universities in Tourism and Hotel ManagementExperienced in reservationsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficient in MS Office programs and Opera reservation systemCommitted to continuously improving service qualityEnjoys analysis and data-driven thinkingResults-oriented and proactiveStrong problem-solving skillsEmbraces a friendly and welcoming service approachOpen to communicationEnjoys working as part of a teamAdditional InformationAt Accor, we are more than just hotels; we create heartfelt experiences for our guests and meaningful opportunities for our team members.
