- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and wellness programs.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.,
- Manage spa appointments and reservations using our booking system.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Handle changes or cancellations to bookings while accommodating guest needs.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area, including managing spa brochures and promotional materials.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
- Stay informed about the spa's services, treatments, and retail products.
- Promote spa products and upsell treatments or packages as appropriate.
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
- Assist with any special events or promotions organized by the spa.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guest information at all times.
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar capacity within an ultra-luxury hospitality / spa environment.
- Must possess outstanding Guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
- Proficient in English language (verbal & written).
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective.
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
- A hospitality diploma is an asset.
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite is recommended.
