Effectively utilize SAP and MS Office to contribute to reporting and business processes.
Support service team for following up daily work
Defining / implementing and keeping up-to-date service processes,
Take part in service KPIs reporting processes and keeping these processes up-to-date
Support service team about entire ordering process of service orders
Develop new reporting/dashboards to streamline the analysis of service processes
Provide remote support to field teams.

Qualifications

Senior student in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Preferably having basic knowledge about SAP and Excel programs
Strong English communication skills
Team-oriented, open to learning, and solution-oriented
Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards self-improvement and taking responsibility
Adaptable to teamwork with excellent communication skills
Able to comply with working hours and work procedure
