Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:R01154652 Product Engineer (m/f/x)The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleWe are looking for a motivated and hands-on Product Engineer to join our team at the Çerkezköy manufacturing facility. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the production and optimization of 3M’s advanced materials and technologies. This role combines product lifecycle management, process engineering, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency.Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading and supporting the scale-up of new products from R&D to manufacturing
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Taking ownership to resolve product quality issues including implementation of future preventions.
Utilizing available resources and experts to drive impactful design changes to existing products to maximize customer satisfaction and promote business success.
Designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments (DOEs) to validate product and process improvements.
Ensuring compliance with 3M’s EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and regulatory standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Materials, or related field)
Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English
Experience in a manufacturing or product engineering environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP, Minitab)

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience in a multinational manufacturing company
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
Exposure to polymer, adhesives, or film-based product technologies

Position is based on-site
Travel expectations: May include up to 15% [domestic/international]
Working pattern: full time
