Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.Job SummaryWe’re seeking a talented Quality Systems Specialist to join us at Incirlik Air Base, Adana, Turkey and become part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Turkey Quality Manager, as a Quality Systems Specialist, you’ll provide essential technical support to our Quality program, utilizing specialized inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and problem-solving tools. Apply today and unlock your potential with KBR.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProviding document support by reviewing, maintaining, revising, and creating documents, as well as managing records.Creating and managing Corrective Action (C/A) Tracking Forms, assigning tracking numbers, and uploading forms.Assisting in developing and maintaining internal audit/inspection schedules, monitoring performance status, and uploading audit reports.Maintaining and updating calibration records for equipment at Incirlik, Izmir, and Ankara sites.Conducting scheduled, trend analysis, and randomly selected internal quality audits/inspections, and preparing/uploading reports.Conducting unscheduled no-notice internal quality audits/inspections and performing follow-up audits as needed.Conducting follow-up audits throughout the contract year.Being available for overtime, holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.Sending self-inspection questions weekly to Incirlik, Izmir, and Ankara sites, and maintaining/updating self-inspection program records.Basic QualificationsTurkish citizenship required.HS Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of relevant work experience .Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) at Level 3.Minimum “B” class driver’s license.Completion of military service required for male candidates.Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Auditing and Corrective/Preventive Action (CA/PA) processes.Safety-related experience, including familiarity with OSHA and/or Turkish Safety Laws.Inclusion and Diversity at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people, sustainability, and our Zero Harm culture.
