- Relevant industry mapping (within the assigned territory) and creation of sales plans
- Customer management with assigned accounts
- Lead the sales to identified prospects in the assigned territory.
- Customer Management
- Providing inputs to MPM (intelligence, portfolio requirements etc)
- Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and technical service plans.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Sales Forecasting (CE and PM planning): Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Accounts. Ensure that Account receivable expectations are met for Account.
- Coordinate cross functional activities: Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
- Portfolio Deployment: Ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and other departments to assure smooth operations.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales/BD experience in Tetra Pak or externally minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience
- Have successful track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect)
- Understanding of market / customers / categories mapping to identify opportunities
- Ability to assess and qualify opportunities along with other businesses - Technical Service / Processing etc.
- Good knowledge of Turkish and English
- Strong demonstration of Value Selling
- Being expert in stakeholder management
- Basic portfolio knowledge and management
- Knowledge in packaging, technical service, marketing and food processing is highly preferred.
