We are looking for an attorney who will be working in the intellectual property field for our business partner.Advises the business on all aspects of IP such as brand and copyright clearance, brand protection and enforcement, IP aspects of new venturesProvides support for complex legal agreementsManages IP litigation end to endHandles IP infringement issues, including application and objection processes to the institution, all transactions in TURKPATENTDrafts (or supervises on) IP assignments and licensesPrepares business-facing IP policiesProvides input on IP strategyniteliklerHold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in İstanbulProven experience in intellectual property law, at least 1 yearsStrong knowledge of patent and trademark lawGood knowledge of EnglishExceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
