- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process from attract to contract
- Proactively source candidates from a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, regular updates
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
- Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
- Full professional fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in executing and delivering end-to-end recruitment process on all levels, guiding HM through the entire process to ensure the best suitable candidates are secured in alignment with requirements
- In-depth understanding of Information Technology sector
- Ability to leverage different sourcing tools to proactively source passive candidates from a variety of channels
- Nuanced awareness and knowledge of Turkish labour market trends
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Ability to reflect, listen, communicate and emphasize
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
