Become part of this world and make a difference with us.https://www.weareams.com/The RoleAMS is delighted to announce an opportunity for a Principal TA Specialist to join the team an international team of top-notch Talent Acquisition professionals.As a Principal TA Specialist you will establish yourself as a talent advisor with stakeholders and be a candidate ambassador that will deliver best hiring experience in Turkey. You will have an opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders thus you will demonstrate impeccable communication skills to build trusted relationships and show confidence in bringing best practices to every step of the recruiting process.This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client’s office 4 days a week, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand.Key Accountabilities
  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process from attract to contract
  • Proactively source candidates from a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
  • Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, regular updates
  • Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
  • Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
Skills & Experience
  • Full professional fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in executing and delivering end-to-end recruitment process on all levels, guiding HM through the entire process to ensure the best suitable candidates are secured in alignment with requirements
  • In-depth understanding of Information Technology sector
  • Ability to leverage different sourcing tools to proactively source passive candidates from a variety of channels
  • Nuanced awareness and knowledge of Turkish labour market trends
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Ability to reflect, listen, communicate and emphasize
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
