- Account Management for sellers reaching certain size
- Managing portfolio and all relations between the sellers and the company
- Implementing new business models in sellers
- Finding potential sellers in the responsible area
- Ensuring the participation of potential sellers to Trendyol ecosystem and tracking their performance
- Conducting risk and opportunity analyses and preparing action plans with respect to public and seller relations
- Managing the company's external relations by effectively communicating and representing with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related departments
- At least 10 years of experience in field and regional sales management (preferably corporate sales and at least 3 years people management)
- Prefably knowledge in marketplace model and e-commerce dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (especially in MS Excel)
- Ability to work in dynamic environment, to take initiatives and responsibilities
- Having high persuasion and job tracking skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking Skills
- Strong time management and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Business Develoment Experience
- Having a Drivers Licence
